
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. All payments, including bank charges, must be made in advance of the CPD event. Registration will be confirmed once proof of payment is provided by email or fax, and full payment is received.
Cancellations must be made in writing. No refunds for cancellations made three days or less before the CPD event commences, but substitutions are allowed. The organiser reserves the right to modify, cancel or postpone the CPD event, for any reason, whereupon all registration fees paid will be refunded. This clause is only applicable to CPD events organised by Bar Council.
CPD points will not be awarded to Members of the Bar who arrive more than 15 minutes late, are not present throughout the CPD event, or leave before its scheduled end.
